Micro$oft stoned
The songs of the Rolling Stones that Microsoft didn't use for the Windows95 trailers

You may all remember well the song that accompanied the introduction of Windows95. Microsoft Corporation picked a song of the Rolling Stones and licenced it for their campaign: "Start me up".
The song was chosen to portrait one of the most "useful" new features of Windows95: the "revolutionary" technology of the START button.
(Which of course is revolutionary! Where else do you have to press the START button to shut something down? *bg*)
Well, there could but have been songs that had fit better to this program:
  • Just My Imagination
  • I'm Going Down
  • Let It Bleed
  • Gimme Shelter
  • Bitch
  • Shattered
  • Play With Fire
  • (I can't get no) Satisfaction
  • You Can't Always Get What you Want
... and the No. 1 song to fit this program of Microsoft (and any other just as well...)
  1. 19th Nervous Breakdown
